#Veganuary with Voes - Week 1

This month is an invitation to explore vegan living with ease, through a gentle and elevated roadmap for living with more compassion and intention.

Veganism is a lifestyle rooted in love, kindness, and compassion; no matter where you are in your journey - consciously choosing animal-free alternatives is progress! I believe it’s important to treat yourself (and others) with grace and kindness.

No pressure, no perfection - just one week at a time, with inspiration, simple shifts, and thoughtful choices that actually fit into real life.

The goal isn’t to do everything at once, but to make compassion feel natural, sustainable, and doable.

A kind reminder - Veganism is about choosing Animal-Free options when & where possible; it means consciously choosing options that don’t support the exploitation of or harm to our furry friends.

This week, we want to gently remind you that long-lasting change doesn’t come from doing everything at once - it comes from building a strong, honest foundation.

You don’t need to overhaul your life overnight. It’s about moving with intention - one conscious choice at a time.

Step one: Set Your Why

Before changing how you live, pause and reconnect with why. Lasting change doesn’t come from rules - it comes from meaning. Your reason might be: animals, your health, the planet, curiosity. There’s no “right” reason. Only the one that’s true for you.


Step two: The Gentle Audit

Without guilt and without pressure - just honest awareness. Where do animal products show up in your life? Food, wardrobe, beauty & home. Make a list - no judgment, no fixing.

It doesn’t need to be complete, polished, or final - it just needs to be honest.


Step three: What’s Already Working?

Before focusing on what to change, pause and notice what’s already aligned. The meals you already love, the pieces you already wear - this matters.

Progress doesn’t always begin with doing more - it often begins by recognising what’s already working. And building from there!

This month, we’re choosing progress over perfection.

This week, simply notice and write it down. We’ll take the next steps together - gently.

WEEK 1 — INTENTION & INVENTORY

A strong, honest foundation, noticing where animals/animal products show up in your life.

WEEK 2 — VEGAN NOURISHMENT & FOOD

Vegan doesn’t have to feel restrictive. eating should feel fun, creative, inspiring and nourishing!

 WEEK 3 — VEGAN FASHION BABY

Style: with more intention & awareness; without the cruelty and harm to our furry friends.

WEEK 4 — VEGAN LIFESTYLE

Other small shifts (and the bigger ones) you can make in your life to complete your vegan journey. 

WEEK 5 — VEGAN COMMUNITY & BEYOND

Building a vegan lifestyle that sticks.
