Vegans of the World: Steph from France

Vegans of the World: Steph from France

Meet Stephanie Delacroix - a bold, brilliant Parisian who I've had the pleasure of getting to know over Vegan Games Night in Bali. Equal parts fun and cunning - with a love for red wine and a good bowl of pasta from Manggis - she’s the kind of woman who turns heads with her wit and conviction.

Vegan since 2019 and vegetarian long before that, Stephanie’s journey started with anger, not at the food, but at the system. “Horrified, combative, relieved” is how she describes that pivotal shift. And while she’s quick to say she doesn’t miss anything she ‘gave up’ - once you know what’s in it, how could you?” - the real challenge has been confronting the everyday normalization of animal cruelty.

Let's get to know this fierce cat-lover who claims that since going vegan, she's got more muscle, sleeps better, and... has the best poops of her life. Santé to that. 🥂
